Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage that involves the application of smooth, heated stones to the body within the context of a therapeutic massage. The heat along with oil and steady pressure, warms muscles, tendons, and ligaments, which can improve flexability, reduce stress, relieve chronic pain, and promote deep relaxation. The heated stones help to expand blood vessels, improving overall circulation while stimulating the immune system.
